Silverstar Ranch isn’t just about raising cattle—it’s about creating an experience where people can connect with nature. Experiences come in all shapes and forms. For some, its a quiet moment on the lawn, for others its an evening with a glass of wine under the stars. For us, its quality time spent with our Highland cows. They are gentle, shaggy, and extremely photogenic animals. Brushing, feeding, and walking with them is often described as a therapeutic or "magical" experience.

We strive to offer a beautiful, unique space that delights and inspires our guests. We also nurture a unique, calm, and educational connection with the breed.

The Ranch is located just 35 miles east of Portland. It features a large hay barn, an airplane hangar, and lots of open space with breathtaking views of the Silver Star Mountain Range and the Scenic Columbia River Gorge.
